Participate in Vancouver Pride in the Park
July 8, 2023, 10 am - 5 pm
BSLC will again participate with several other area ELCA congregations to host a display at Vancouver’s Pride in the Park. Let Pastor Jean know if you have ideas, “merch,” or time to help represent BSLC.
The group is still looking for transport of things like our photobooth and a canopy, if you have capacity to provide that either early morning (7:30am) or at the end of the day (5:00 take down).
A sign up sheet to fill a shift is by the coffee pot.
And to start you thinking about when you might serve, here is the schedule:
Setup – 7:30am-9:30am (need a truck for supplies which must be out of park by 9:30am), Morning Shift – 10am-12pm
Early Afternoon Shift – 12-2pm;
Late Afternoon Shift – 2-4pm; T
Cleanup Shift – 4-6pm
(vehicles may go into park for take down at 5pm)
