Winter Shelter opens November 1

Winter Shelter Opens Sunday November 1 at Beautiful Savior Lutheran

We are back in our building and thankful for the opportunity to once again partner with Immanuel Lutheran and Outsiders Inn to offer hospitality and overnight shelter for 20 of our neighbors without a safe place to sleep. Guests will stay at BSLC Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights and Wednesday through Saturday at Immanuel Lutheran. Outsiders Inn will provide staff all hours at both churches.

There are several ways you can help: provide an evening meal, volunteer to help serve the meal, coordinate an activity,  spend time with guests, and assist with breakfast and morning clean up.

SEASONED AND NEW VOLUNTEERS WELCOME

Please join us Sunday, October 18, 4:30 to 6:00 PM at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church to learn more.

Immanuel Lutheran volunteers will join us, Adam and Ren from Outsiders Inn will provide more information and show slides highlighting previous years and there will be opportunity to put your name on a list expressing your interest.

There will be snacks!

What a blessing to be in our own building and to be able to continue this important ministry. Thank you to all who have made it happen. Please call Cheryl Pfaff 360-904-2635, or Linda Anglin 360-597-6093 if you have questions.

We look forward to seeing you October 18.
