This coming Sunday, May 5, the congregations of Beautiful Savior and Immanuel will come together in worship at 9:30, as we celebrate the beginning of a season in closer relationship, with Bishop Jaech preaching.Â
Please Note: Because of the changed plans, we will not meet at BSLC for a preservice ritual of transition — please stay tuned.
After worship all are invited to a jointly hosted reception for opportunity to meet one another and greet Bishop Jaech. Come! Help kick off this new season with celebration and gratitude for the gracious hospitality being extended to our congregation in a time of unexpected challenge. God’s got our backs!
In the following weeks we will gather for worship at 11:45 at Immanuel, with the invitation to also join in what is hoped to be a joint coffee hour that begins at 10:45 (we are asked to have at least one person helping to host and bring a treat each week — signup can be done through our office/signup genius.
We are entering what is expected to be at least a six month season of time out of BSLC's building, but not out of BSLC community. Look for future opportunities to come together outside of worship, as well as participate in ongoing worship gatherings that celebrate our connection to one another in Christ Jesus. Â
